I had pain in my legs and suffer from mild osteoarthritis.
Had initial consultation- very friendly staff. Booked a block of 10 massage sessions with Jackson whom was very good and professional. The results have been amazingly beneficial-I feel much more relief now and have little or no pain. Will be attending again as and when I need a treatment.
Would highly recommend.

This place is honestly a hidden gem! We must have walked past it a million times but never paid any attention. I'm so glad Ayurmanthra popped up while I was searching online, it's everything we hoped it would be and more! I booked a full body oil massage for myself and my husband and was a little nervous at first as I'm very shy and reserved but the Ayurmanthra team immediately put us both at ease and made us feel welcome and relaxed! The treatment is absolute heaven from start to finish! The team have years of experience and know exactly what they're doing :)
We will definitely book another treatment in the future, I honestly can't recommend this place enough!

Side note: Ladies, do not wear make up and do NOT wear skinny jeans because you'll struggle getting back in them! lol

I booked myself for post cesarian massage therapy with an aim to get some relief from my back pain and post natal care after 28 days of delivering my baby.

Oh, I was so pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, the settings, the approach and most importantly the care provided to me.

I would like to thank my therapist Ms.Nancy for wonderful therapy sessions. The massage therapy, in particular helped ease my back pain and overall body rejuvenation.

I am so much impressed that I have decided to continue getting the massage therapy every now and then, from this point onwards for my overall well-being.

It's my personal suggestion, who are in need of a great post natal care to sign up with Ayurmantra and benefit from a great routine.

My first time having an ayuverdic treatment today. I had a Pizhichil and it was awesome. The therapist was attentive to my needs and that helped me to relax.
The staff at the venue were very welcoming and I highly recommend this treatment centre.

Today I have a full body massage with Anu. Going through very difficult time, I very much needed not only a treatment but someone’s gentle presence. And all these was delivered with kindness and respect.
As a therapist myself, I know how difficult it is to find a right place and therapist to provide a good treatment.
So, I would strongly recommend this amazing place in Croydon to which I would definitely come back.

My first time, although I have seen your centre for a number of years. I was impressed by the consultation, the therapist herself, the treatment - her massage from start to finish, beautiful, then to finish with the steam tub - bliss. Sorry I have forgotten the name of the Therapist.

Beautiful health and wellness centre. I had a fabulous auyvedic massage with heated herbal pouches followed with a 10min body steam.
