Bush Babes Baby Store

I havent had the best experience here. I brought a travel system from here and was told at the start the buggy may çome in later than the car seat i was fine with that as you only need the car seat to leave the hospital. The buggy arrived earlier than first thought.I was given 2 dates for when the car seat would arrive. No show. Car seat still not available i had to keep chasing them up and when finally my car seat was there i had a call to come in and collect which i did but there lady who i spoke to and served me (foreign lady) was so rude as if i had done something wrong for wanting my carseat that had just cost me 1500 pound (the whole travel system). She was cold blunt and didnt even give me eye contact. I think she really lets the store down. I had nothing but good things to say about the store until this incident. If your reading this i think your very rude and arrogant and its your duty to provide customers with the services you offer. So maybe next time be abit nicer you would think with everything going on people would be more understanding. NO!! Not this women. Get rid of her!!

After finding this store online my daughter,son in law and myself were very excited to visit. What a let down though as the shop had no maternity wear which it states it does and everything is very overpriced. I purchased two bath books but found exactly the same items 2 hours later elsewhere half the price!! The staff never once asked if we needed any help and when we were served at the till we werent asked if we'd found everything we needed in fact we found the staff extremely unfriendly. We couldn't wait to leave and will not be going back

Bushbabes have been brilliant all round. Staff were really helpful demoing products when we were buying.

More recently, (daughter 18m) we had a problem with the chair of our pram. After emailing what must have been the wrong/old staff member, by reaching out on Instagram I got a very quick reply.
They quickly got in touch with the manufacturer and sorted us out a new chair frame, which rectified the problem. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and aftercare service.

Turned up when the store was 'open'. Which is only half the week anyway. Shock horror, the store was closed, no signs of life, not answering the phone, not responding to the doorbell. Website is shut down. What a pointless and useless system. Won't be buying from here. Other reviews read the same, wish I had read them before wasting a journey.

I have just received my order and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. The team worked hard to make sure I got all of my bits in time for the arrival of our new baby, despite there being delays out of their control. I really hope they open again soon as they were fantastic and they have a wealth of knowledge that made buying all of our gear so much easier.

We travelled from Cambridge with our daughter & s.i.l looking for a pram.
It was worth the journey. The shop is bright, clean with a wide range of baby products including prams.
The staff Martin & Sarah offered a friendly service & were willing to help without being pushy. Sarah was knowledgeable about the products & very patient when it came to showing us how to take down the prams and connect the various accessories.
I'd highly recommend paying this store a visit if quality of service & a good range of baby equipment is what your after.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After the below review response advising I could return to store with a discount which was all for show to seem they care about customer service.

I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram to attempt to book an appointment.. no response in 2 weeks to find I’ve now been blocked.

What a joke of a company. Poor service, rude staff and completely unprofessional blocking customers on Instagram for leaving honest reviews about the service they should want to improve!

Not a company I would trust to purchase the most important products us mums will ever buy! Especially is it’s run by people like that.

Really nice independent shop. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They took time to show us how the pram and car seat we liked worked etc. I found the prices quite competitive compared to what I had seen online. Would highly recommend
