If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered the egg camo sand over 12 weeks ago after 2 weeks we were told everthing was ready for collection. 10 weeks later we go to collect as due date nears and no car seat ( we paid for the upgraded matching seat) couldn't offer an other option other and giving us a worse seat.

Finally got home and found they haven't given us the isofix base I imagine they will now try to say this is an extra charge.

Staff are clueless manager is rude and unhelpful if avoid this place like the plague.

Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Would give 0 stars if I could - we had been called to say all items in stock months ago, only to arrive for collection and find we had no car seat. Every solution proposed was in the favour of the shop and no compromise for us as the customer, despite it being their error. Shocking to think a baby product supplier can’t understand that a pregnant woman wouldn’t want to be waiting until she’s full term to go out her way to revisit a shop to collect her car seat. Added to this, the manager was extremely rude when spoken to on the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would advise you shop literally anywhere else!

Such a brilliant store, just visited with my partner and his mum - I walked in not really knowing anything and the ladies explained everything to us and showed us demos on the pushchairs and car seats so we’ve come away feeling lots more confident. We’ve managed to get the nursery furniture and rocking chair we had our eyes on already at an amazing price from there and weve learned loads and we were also given a gift for our little one who’s due in a few months. We will more than likely end up going back for the travel system from there too 😊 The two ladies that helped us are an absolute credit to the company and can’t thank them enough - made our day!

I'm very disappointed with the service received today.
We arrived at the shop 5 min to opening time(10am) but 10-15 mins later no one had arrived.
We came back an hour later and joined a cue to be served. At least two of us in the cue had been waiting to collect our orders( with invoices clearly on show), but the girl chose to ignore this and serve the last person who had entered the shop. I pointed out to the girl that I had been waiting in the cue also to collect an order. Still I was the last person to be served, to which she almost reluctantly took my order. At the end when I received the order I raised how unfair the service was and the late opening which needed to be updated on Google if they do open later. She initially said the manager had to travel from Leicester and then lied to say there usually open by 5 to 10am.
I felt the customer service wasn't up to scratch today and the attitude and lack of accountability from their employee was unacceptable . A sincere apology goes a long way.
I hope they're able to fix this for next year and ensure their employees are well trained and value their customers.

Great little store, lots of items to see and handle. Staff very friendly and attentive. Hamza did a great job demonstrating the products.

Bought our travel system from here, was ok upon order and happy to help, but once we left the shop everything afterwards was awful.
Told it could be 1 week or up to 9 weeks.
I called after 9 weeks and was told missing one item & it would be there next week, this happened 3 times every week I called they fobbed me off with an excuse. Until I called with an attitude of sort or cancel was it finally chased up by the store and collected after almost 13 weeks!
Upon collection we were not offered any help or demonstrations it was put it in your car and away you go.
I would never recommend baby planet to anyone either online or in store as they both have the same after sales customer service.

Successful shopping trip to buy our pram. A great variety of prams at varying costs and a good range of brands. All of the prams we had researched were stocked here to try and see in person. Imogen (staff member) was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable and gave us lots of time and attention to make our decision on our pram. The shop also stocks next to me cots and nursery furniture and has its own car park at the back. The shop will store your pram for as long as you want them to, which is a good touch. Really good experience and very happy with our purchase.

Just ordered my Oyster 3 from there! the lovely Carla and Jade at the ashby store. They walked us through everything we needed to know and no question was a stupid question, They have been nothing but helpful and I am so glad I ordered my pram from there as a first tome
mum it was definitely a weight lifted off my shoulders
