I don't rate this company at all would of put zero stars, their customer services is none existent, nobody calls back and emails take days or no reply!! I've been chasing my parcel since I ordered on the 14th September it's passed the date I needed it for little one birthday and no response of the company I did message on Facebook but got blocked how lovely of a company that sells kids item to take my money and not give me my goods.

Lovely product, fast delivery and great customer service from Simon when sorting out a small issue - highly recommend!
