The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was the only customer in the shop and no 'hello' when I entered the shop or 'Is there anything I can help you with?'
Instead just ignored whilst they carried on chatting about their partner's job. Then when I took my item to the till... still no hello, no eye contact. Just like I was invisible. Then one of the two women said 'can you put this one through please' to the other one. My item was grabbed and scanned whilst they still continued their conversation...... I was then asked begrudgingly if I wanted a bag to which I replied 'no thankyou' and then the next words spoken to me was the amount I owed. I then paid contactless, item was then pushed towards me and they carried on their conversation. No 'thank you', no 'have a good day', no 'bye'.. nothing. Was like I just didn't exist. I won't be going back there and am just so shocked at their complete lack of customer service skills. You would get better customer service in Mc Donald's I'm sure!

Have just ordered the trike and basket. Previously bought items in store £200.00. For the trike no 10% discount as JoJo advertise as this is exempt. Believe other retailers would honour 10% off especially more expensive items. Really disappointed will look at other retailers in future.

As a regular customer, yet again the friendliness and helpfulness of staff here is 5 star! Thank you for helping me navigate the clubhouse to find my discount voucher 🌻
