We have been dealing with bristols for a few months for our pushchair bundle. The process is easy and made simple by all staff at the Sutton branch.

Will definitely be using them for possible future purchases as the price is super affordable

I went to have a look at getting a new pram for my 19 month old. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and I've walked out with an amazing pram that my fighter loves as well as I. I was able to sit my daughter in the ones I wanted to try and see how they felt by pushing it round the shop which helped a lot. Would definitely recommend this shop.

We came to the Bristols early day store in Sutton in Ashfield as it was highly recommended by friends and family. My mum got my own pram from here.

The service was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made sure you understood everything. I would definitely recommend.

The price was very good and I felt in safe hands.

My partner and I visited bristols to look at prams and nursery furniture. We walked in and the shop was completely empty with only one sales assistant, we both said hello and asked how they were doing but got nothing back, not even a smile. We thought with the shop being empty we might have a better shopping experience, with help choosing our new baby essentials but unfortunately not. We were followed closely round the store and stared at, not one smile, not a ‘is there anything I can help you with, what are you looking for etc’ we were made to feel like she thought we were going to steal something with the glances we got and how closely we were watched and followed. We went upstairs to look but left after a few minutes as we both felt so uncomfortable. It’s a shame as you have lovely items and good prices and the exact pram I wanted but unfortunately, due to the customer service, we won’t be returning.

We first used this baby shop when it was run by the original owner they would do anything for you and the service was outstanding..
Returned after 14 years due to our suprise baby and although still great service and even better we got a cheap ex display pushchair.. Although something felt different and after asking this isn't run by the original Bristol Early Days owner but owned by Baby Planet which is a independent shop..
All in all good service just lacks the personal touch

Soon to be first time parents and the idea of buying travel systems was completely alien but the staff were lovely and talked us through everything we needed to know. They have a huge variety of travel systems and once they'd helped us decide what would be best for us, we had a look upstairs at their furniture.

We picked up a Cossatto travel system for cheaper than we'd found anywhere else and they're even storing it for us until we want to pick it up.

We didn't even know this place existed and it's very quickly become our go to for anything baby related. Lovely, helpful staff which can't do enough for you! Will definitely be back as and when we need something else, which seems inevitable!

I'm not usually one to review shops, but having been here several times since just before my daughter was born 19 months ago, I can honestly say it is the best customer service i have ever experienced.

We purchased our entire travel system from here as well as the occasional teddy, changing Matt etc. When we were originally browsing for the right pushchair and car seat, convenience and safety were the most important things to us. The young lady who helped us understood that, was incredibly polite, and spent a u long time with us helping us to make the best choice - at no point did we feel pressured and at the end of it we were very satisfied with the order.

There have been two (minor) faults since then [small bits of plastic snapping] which we have been back about on separate occasions and both times the staff have been fantastic, liaised with Mama's and Papas to arrange replacement parts and fit them for us.

The gentleman fixing the replacement part today could not have been more of a decent bloke. He took the time to do the job well and was incredibly good with our daughter (who was torn between watching him and running around trying to play with everything!) while he was at it. He even took apart, cleaned and greased all the moving parts of our pushchair - a 'full service' - at no charge, to help.

Every single visit, every member of staff, a great experience. I cannot recommend it any higher and would encourage anyone to shop here - I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I ordered a buggy board, I asked for it to be fitted, which I was told wouldn’t be a problem. It took nearly a month to arrive - after being quoted 5 days. When I requested fitting. The man in the shop REFUSED. I explained the situation, but he wasn’t interested. I’ve spent over £800 in that store . I will buy online in future. They are fine whilst taking your money and turning a profit. But customer care by the male staff was non existent. I felt sorry for the lady that tried to assist me this morning. She was very apologetic.
