Great store friendly staff knew exactly what we were after. Good selection of products and easy parking

We have made multiple visits and each one has been so pleasant. As expected, the place is bright, airy and clean. The items are nicely spaced and the staff are there ready for you. Rather then pounce on you on enrty, you're greeted with a simple smile and hello, then left to it. The staff really do know their stuff when it comes to safety, the variations you can have in travel systems and give good demo's. They offer a personal shopper service by appointment which we'd recommend especially if you're first time parents like us. We had Yasmin who was amazing. Rather than throw her opinions at us, she made it all about what we want. He knowledge is vast but she was careful not to overwhelm us. Yasmin, if you read this: Thank you so much! We we drove in but floated out on cloud 9.

Now this may all sound standard to some but pop across the road to Smyths and visit their baby section to get the polar opposite.

Went there to do a refund, made to jump through hoops to get my money back. Had to give email, phone number etc. then when that was completed which took around 7 minutes I was asked to sign the receipt whilst holding my 3 week old baby in my hands. My mother signed for me, the assistant said I still needed to sign. When I said I cannot the rude assistant carried on insisting rather than seeing that my hands were full. Then shouted “Well we’ll remember for next time!” Awful customer service in a shop dedicated to baby stuff.

I'm really upset that after me spending a lot of time and money in your store, the lady at the register had not noticed a returns item being sold.
When purchasing from your store it was clearly a gift for a mum to be, the item had clearly been brought back and was opened and I feel I can't give this as a gift.
I have tried more than 4 times to call the store with no answer.
Very poor. The gift has been stuck with sellotape with no care.
I will NOT be coming back.

Went to this store to get set up ahead of baby’s arrival. The staff were so friendly and talked me through my options for clothes, bedding, baths etc. It probably took me about two hours to get everything together and was supported the whole time with all questions answered. Wonderful service and I will definitely be back

Was in the Croydon store on Monday and may aswell been in there alone. Staff were rude and ignorant. I wanted to by a new pram but they just looked at me and never offered any help. No other customers were in the store so it’s not like they didn’t have time. I’ve bought something small and the lady at the till didn’t say hello or thank you or even look at me during the transaction. I think they all need training on how to communicate with customers let alone be sales assistants!

An utterly refreshing retail experience. As an owner of a specialist retail business I often dread coming somewhere like this as good customer service is so incredibly hard to find these days. Definitely not the case here! My partner and I drove an hour to look at push chairs and car seats. We were greeted quickly and helped by Lucy who had a fantastic, in depth knowledge of the products she was selling but we never felt as though we were being sold to, she was polite, patient and very easy to talk to. I came away from the experience with a much better understanding of the minefield that is pushchairs and feel as though my faith has been restored slightly in the retail sector. Good job Lucy! We will be coming again!
