Brilliant customer service!! I would highly recommend the store on Penarth Road, Cardiff in particular. I’ve visited the store on a couple of occasions to purchase a pram package and for advice. Hayley and Monica were fantastic and really helpful! Nothing was too much trouble! They helped to fit the car seat also and went above and beyond to help! Thank you so much!! A very pleasant experience!
We also attended the nelson branch for a 4D scan back in January and the ladies working there were really friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience. Fell in love with a pram straight away. We were even aloud to try our car seat and base in our car. The girls were really helpful and polite!

Visited Discount pram centre Cardiff recently looking for a pram for my second child, being second time around I had a good idea of what it was I wanted but had no idea where to start.
The girls were so helpful talking me through all the options available, pros and cons to them all and nothing was too much trouble!
We visited a total of 3 times before ordering and never did we feel like we were being pressured into placing an order.
They were also fantastic with my 3 year old son (who as most 3 year olds find shopping very boring!) and got him involved and made him feel very welcome.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to use my new pushchair.

We just ordered our new pram from here. The ladies were so helpful - they left us to try out prams and see what we liked, but they were always on hand to answer questions or show us how to fold certain ones etc. They struck exactly the right balance between being available to help, but still giving us space to take our time choosing. They also gave us loads of very helpful information about car seats, and I felt their answers to our questions were very honest - it didn’t feel like there was any “upselling” or pressure, which is something I really appreciate. A lovely shopping experience. Thanks so much for all your help!

Went to store in Cardiff on July 18th and the
two sales assistants were fantastic. They were
both so friendly and took the time to explain
the different pram options for me as it can be
very confusing. I would 100% buy from here
again.

Great experience walked it got greeted with a smile made the purchase of the pram so much easier as the women who served us had very very good knowledge
She is a great asset to your team, I never got her name but she did say she has just come back from maternity leave

Went there this evening with no clue on what we we wanted, or where to start! By the end of our visit we were both confident with our purchase and left delighted.

The staff are brilliant and have so much time for their customers; happy to show you how everything works and provide you with recommendations based on your needs. Not overly salesy and don’t ram information down your throat - felt entirely relaxed and unpressured which allowed us to make our decision carefully.
