Bagel Factory

Very little chicken and only half covered in a thin layer of avocado, unhappily sat under a lettuce leaf. No seasoning, and no thought to improve the bagel so it was worth the £4.49 price tag.

Made all the worse by the obvious lack of care, effort and manners in anything he did. Very disappointed.

Bad value for money but the lady replaced my bagel for half price as it fell out the packaging so Thankyou.

The bagels were as hard as rocks but once toasted, they were edible. Good size: not too big and not too small. As expected — once I felt how hard they were — the bagels were too chewy and stale tasting. Not much in the way of flavor. Might as well get bagged bagels at a grocery store because these are no better.

Got a bagel at 5:30 pm on 08/03 and the two guys working there were friendly and helpful in assisting in choosing. They recommended the cheeseburger and I was skeptical in a bagel??? But they were right it was really yummy and they packed it with all toppings and sauces. Very filling and satisfying and they recommended the meal deal for £6.99 including drink and pack of crisps. To be honest that’s not bad I mean a Tall caramel mac in Starbucks alone is almost £3.50 !! Thanks guys for the bagel. See u soon

I ordered the ham bagel today and Florian was amazing at his job. Great customer service and he was able to provide a lot of helpful info on the ingredients as I am pregnant. Great tasting bagel made to perfection by Florian. Well done!!

I came here for a bagel today on the commute and did not disappoint. Server Claire was friendly and great to chat with, plus the bagel was very tasty and well made. Will come here again.

On my last visit, I witnessed 15 men in bright orange boiler suits, wearing handcuffs leaving this place in single file.

Must be Guantanamo Baygels.

Worst coffee I ever had weak and chemical taste. Slow service when train deadlines to be met.
