Bagel Factory

Probably the worst bagel I've ever eaten. For £7 the bread was dry, the halloumi was mildly warm and still wet. So dissapointed.

Sorry, I forgot to take a photo to show you the horrible bagel I was served yesterday. Plain bagel(not like the one shiwn in the advert photo), no lemon, no pepper, poor quality smoke salmon and over ripe avocado.

The breakfast bagel was super gross. The omelette was cold and the bagel itself was poor quality. Had to give the staff member my order 3 times before he got it right.

Very bad indeed.

Took a long time to queue for this and then the bagel we got was not nice at all.

Lots of cheap mayo, limited anything else. My wife only ate half of hers because it was too gross.

I cant understand how a shop that literally only makes a handful of items, all of which are bagels, can be so bad at making them.

Highly recommend you avoid this place

Bagel wrapping paper fell off counter onto the floor, staff just picked it back up and put it on the counter for use. Disgusting.

Boof, I do not know what to tell you after reading the reviews. My honest experience ..this is a great joint .. after being away from home over a week. I ordered the chicken melted cheese bagel and it tasted really really good. (please do not compare this with NY bagels pls) The ppl here were also super nice to us - just my 2 cents

We visited Bagel Factory and we are so excited! Service and Bagels just amazing!

Pathetic excuse for a bagel. Bread was not fresh, salmon was lukewarm and the avocado was more like week-old warm mush. Stupidly overpriced.
