Seriously, forget this place. I am pissed I spent a single pound here. TWO DRY BAGELS WITH NO CREAM CHEESE. Yes, I paid for cream cheese. The bagels were stale as hell. Forget those people making these and being selfish and robbing people of what THEY PAID FOR. Shame on you and shame on this "business." Despicable.

Good food. Fast. Ordered a salted beef on a plain bagel with pickle and mustard. The bagel was fresh (@ 6:30PM). Beef was good, but could have used a tad more to be tasty. Service was good & with a smile.

Worst tasting bagel I’ve ever had! The bagel was dry and the avocado was limp and water logged. Won’t be coming back, didn’t actually know bagels could be this bad. Only good part was the mint and lemon san pellegrino drink I decided to get after purchasing the overpriced bagel for an additional £1.55 (a bagel which couldn’t be upgraded to a meal deal because of company policy). £4.69 down the drain...

I treated myself to a lovely chicken bagel before taking my train at Marylebone station. Staff was very kind and service prompt. My bagel was absolutely yummy 😋 and perfect for a quick meal on the train! I recommend and will stop here again ☺️.

I ordered from here on Deliveroo because my usual B bagel was closed. The cream cheese had no flavour, the bagel is small and not freshly made (also costs £4,29), it was warm and soggy. I don’t recommend trying this place just B bagel instead their bread is always freshly made and you get quite a large portion they also have pastries and fresh juices, don’t waste your money here.

The VLT is to die for! Whoever works there on a Friday morning knows what they're doing. Thanks for chopping the bagel up in half so I didn't look like a state eating it before my first patient 😁

I wouldn’t recommend this place as after waiting more then one hour I didn’t received my order. They didn’t want to reimburse me or anything. They didn’t even talked to me saying they were busy and sorry. Please avoid

the bagels are really nice, I always go to bagel factory whenever Im travelling out of london from marylebone. The only annoying thing is on the website the 'halloumi melt' is sun-dried tomatoes but they serve normal tomatoes, other than that its really nice!
