Food wasn't that bad, although they microwave the ingredients which isn't appetizing. The service was the real downfall, they continued to stack the drinks fridge while we waited to be served, for a good 2 minutes before acknowledging we were there

Hate to write bad reviews, but I spent £5.50 on a bagel which when I took a bite into it the hash brown in the middle was still completely frozen. Really, really bad. Picked the frozen hash brown out but it had (obviously) cooled everything it touched down: so the sausages, bacon and egg were now also cold.

Based on first impressions it looks like it’ll be really good and hit the spot, hopefully it can improve but selling still-frozen produce is pretty bad.

The bagel bread was like cheap grocery store bread. The cream cheese tasted kind of bland and lemony, it wasn't warm and crispy. My brother could do a better job and he's terrible in the kitchen. The smoked salmon was good plain smoked salmon. It feels like most of what you're paying is their rent for having such a central location across from Paddington station. The fact that this mediocre experience cost me just under 6 pounds, I felt a bit used.

Vegan bagel and bagel sandwich options but the cream cheese was bland (add chives or seasoning or something!) and friendly staff.
