This was my first visit to the greggs at gapton and I was very impressed. The girl that served me was very pleasant, polite and helpful. The food was excellent and the toilets were extremely clean. It was about 3.30pm on a Sunday and when others might have been flagging the staff on duty at greggs were keeping busy. One young man was replenishing the drinks cabinet and others were busy behind the counter.
My grandson and I had drinks and snacks which were really tasty and good value but overall it was the welcome and service from the young lady on the counter that made the visit an excellent experience.

I dont really like putting a company down but this is absolutely disgusting, and has gone on far to long. this store needs and is due a inspection. I've been to this store a few times now over the 7 months And each time my food has been stone cold. (Not even warm) When asked are these warm they reply yes, You might as well have these in the fridge. When orded again this morning it was absolutely shocking Really cold then had to throw it in the bin.

Don't waste ur money here guys your just be disappointed

Popped in for a coffee and a pizza slice and I did enjoy, I'll be back again soon, also after seeing some bad reviews I do wonder what people get out of leaving bad reviews for kicks.
