Really nice atmosphere, spacious so that even when it’s full you have plenty of your own space. Food has always been good and fresh and I love the chai latte with oat milk 👍. Definitely a fresh and alternative place in Loughborough, I get some European vibes from the decor. Staff friendly and efficient.

My favourite place in Loughborough. The food is amazing, the bread is soft, the coffee is strong, and the staff are lovely. Always the first place I go.

After a recommendation we thought we’d check out Olivia’s. Unfortunately we went away disappointed. Flat white in the smallest cup ever, so when you add sugar and stir, you end up with more coffee on the saucer.
Otherwise…. Good selection of pastries, but would have like to be given the option to have them warm, they were a bit chewy.
And….The Staff seemed lovely and it is dog friendly which is good for us.

Sensational coffee, the ham and cheese croissant and cinnamon rolls are worth travelling for. Tried others in the area, but nothing comes close. Try it. You will love it!

A very popular coffee shop on loughborough. The lemonade was really nice. It’s quite a small cafe so it can be hard to get a seat.

The shop itself is nicely decorated but there was a lack of focus on cleanliness of tables so you couldn't find a clean table probably due to being short staffed on the day I visited (might not be a regular thing.) Really didn't like having to eat at a table with others' coffee cups and crumbs.

The lady behind the till impatiently tapped her fingers on the counter whilst I was ordering and did not make an attempt at good customer service. When I go out I want to have a good time, not to be made to feel like I'm a nuisance, especially when I choose to spend my money and time there. What happened to manners anyway?

The coffee was good but the baked goods did not taste fresh - we ate at lunch time.

It wasn't terrible overall but I would not go again.

Tastie food, friendly staff and amazing chai latte. Me and my partner love coming here when we're in Loughborough 😊

Today as an addition to my favourite sourdough bread I took chocolate bread which is delicious! Not too sweet, soft inside and well baked on the outside. Amazing!
