Greggs

Greggs, what can one say that hasn't already been said. The pasties were tasty (plenty of tasty filling in both the steak bake and the chicken) and the Americano was good (no skimmed milk on offer which is a little disappointing). As for value, excellent. The staff were in the process of sanitizing every surface. I suspect that in the current pandemic situation wiping down every surface is a bit of a painting-the-Forth-Bridge job. If you're calling in at the hospital or shopping in the area it is worth a visit. It is just like any other Greggs, tasty food served quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price.

Had a bacon roll and tea for £2.20.

Despite the bacon just being brought out it could have been warmer. Had it been warmer would have given 5

The staff at greggs across the road from the Royal Preston hospital are brilliant. Get a drawer of a smile on my cup everyday. Thanks ladies

Store was OK, pasties always just luke or really cold

Very unhappy with the food. I went early in the morning around 8:30am. I asked for a vegan sausage roll, a vegan cheese sausage and bean melt and a chocolate croissant. I paid for them quite costly too. As I picked them up off the counter they was stone cold. I said I don't want them cold please can you warm them up for me. They then told me that they are not allowed to reheat food and the food that is already made gets put in the display unit (NOT A FOOD WARMER)... I kindly said to the lady I don't want these then please can I have a refund. She refunded me and that was the end of it. I'm unhappy with this as I don't expect a pasty to be freezing cold. GREGGS YOU NEED A FOOD WARMER OR YOUR GONNA WASTE A LOT OF FOOD AND LOOSE CUSTOM.

Went today to this branch as son visiting hospital. Asked for two bakes staff member Mary warned me may not be warm and both herself and Nigel offered to put me some fresh in oven..so waited. While I waited both staff members took a real pride in shop it was really clean the sugars/sweetners all laid down neat and tidy... nigel then apologised for the wait of a fresh bake...no need..overall lovely friendly staff and a clean shop kept immaculate from these two members of staff.
