Very dicsatified. Went in for a breakfast muffin they had none left so I asked them to make me one up and they said no. Shop was not buissy so can't see why they couldn't make one as it only takes 30 seconds. Blackburn shop have no probs making one.

They never have hardly any butties in or food, the bread is usually rock hard and when's it's busy there always only 1 person in the till why the others are just walking around with nothing to do

I've noticed on several occasions while entering this store that it may improve on hygiene, there is NEVER gloves worn or hair nets worn. I've noticed that 2 staff members finger nails are full of dirt not cleaned atall everytime I've visited and I find this absolutely inappropriate for this being a food store. I've had it upto here now when I've visited. I shall be making the formal Complaint to head office and I've now been intouch with environmental health so they should be getting intouch soon. Please get this sorted because it's not good what so ever! Cheers
