Just been to Euxton and got 2 teas and 1 bacon and sausage barmcake £ 5.30 for cold rock hard bacon , I won't be returning would have give 0 stars but no option

Honestly the best customer service i have ever experienced in my life. A single item was forgotten, when we had rung she politely asked for our address to check our order, when she realised shes was so apologetic and explained we would have to go through justeat for a refund(understandably). The manager (I think) then told us instead of that, she'll just drop it off when she finishes. Literally the best customer service i have ever experienced, will definitely be coming back x
