Standard British fare for breakfast and lunch fantastic sausage rolls and excellent breakfast rolls or cobs or breadcakes depending on where you are in the country. Really nice cheap option of a soup at lunchtime goes down a real treat.

Thank you so much Gregs for the great customer service. I left my food and drink on the counter as I was talking to my daughter and a kind member of staff actually took the time to walk across the road and hand it to me. 5 stars. Ps the pasties were great!

Out of all the greggs I've been to, this shop has the most polite and helpful staff. They seem like a good working team. We'll done to all.

Well what can I say, the pasties were cold and the bacon cob was also cold. Generally when I go somewhere that's less then I expected I like to put a positive spin on it, sadly this time I'm struggling to do so. The staff member that served me was at best passive and I had to keep repeating the order to him (1 steak bake and bacon cob). The store wasn't dirty though so there is that, I would recommend not going to greggs and walking the extra 50 meters to "the bakery" in the square, happy people in there serving and the cakes and cobs are way better then greggs and made just round the corner.

Service good has normal, Very busy people out walking in Syston going for a takeaway snack and coffee. Need to keep the mint hot chocolate all year round its divine.
