CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AT Greggs Charter Walk, Burnley. Went there today and the lady on the till was shouting on customers. Owners should take notice and get someone on the till who understands Customer service. am sure there will be more complaints on the way. will avoid going there till somebody is on the till who is not hysteric.

By far the best greggs I've been to in the country, all because of one lady who works there, always a warm welcome when she is working, super freindly and definitely deserves more recognition

My phone was stolen in Gregg's by a thief and I phoned them they said oh instead of telling me that the cameras in store should have it recorded. 150 cash my bank card and the phone. I won't be going back to that shop

I went here because the pound bakery didn't have any pasties ready because it was only early. Tell me this though... I know that the Pound Bakery's pasties are smaller but how come you get two for a pound there yet at Gregg's it's £1.65 for one cheese and onion pasty??

I don't mind Greggs for a quick cheap an cheerful snack but, I feel staff need to be more friendly eps the biggest one in Burnley Town Town.

I'll defy anyone to say there's something better than a steak bake on a cold wet December day! Ha

Such bad customer service here. I understand there are rules and regulations regarding Covid 19, but there are ways to speak to people. Being shouted and screamed at by the staff is unacceptable. Management need to take a look at this urgently, because there is absolutely no need for staff to be rude to customers. It wasn't just us, there was a lady behind us that was shouted at and told to get out for walking in and picking up a drink. Absolutely shocking service.

Lovely lady from Greggs just gifted the covid vaccination centre volunteers a free coffee and caramel slice. Thank you so much ❤️
