Excellent Gluten Free Bread made with high quality ingredients, low glycemic and nutritionally dense flours such as buckwheat, sorghum, teff etc. The sourdough and the buckwheat loaves are superb. The lemon drizzle cake is so delicious. I love the bread so much that I am on a repeat order/subscription for passed year. The orders are shipped using DPD next day delivery. The loaves are sliced upon arrival and frozen in small quantities. Easily reheated and/or grilled.

OMG, I'm THRILLED with my Taster Pack I received today! So many loaves and all so different. If you cannot eat gluten you generally get disappointed with the bread offered in supermarkets and I had given up. Now The Bakery has set my spirits soaring again as every load was just delicious!
