What an amazing cake. It looked more spectacular than my photo. And it tasted absolutely delicious. We couldn't stop eating it. There is no way you would have known this was Vegan and gluten free. It was brilliant. Thank you so much!!

Stacey has been brilliant from start to finish and provided us with the most beautiful wedding cake & cupcakes, from the moment I contacted Stacey she was so accommodating and helpful she listened to how We wanted our cake and made it to perfection and even better than I imagined.

The Mad Batter made cupcakes for our wedding, and they were simply stunning! All of our guests thought they tasted brilliant and were delighted to have several options to try. Even better, the mad batter was able to ensure all the cupcakes were gluten free and none of our guests needed to worry about dietary requirements which were fully accommodated for. Can not recommend highly enough!
