Delicious breads, especially their Multigrain and Cheese & Marmite, yum! Proper sausage rolls, lovely sandwiches and their quiche is delicious. Millionaire shortbreads and gingerbread are a hit with our kids, as is the salted caramel gelato! A lovely little spot to sit in the sun too. Darvell's went above and beyond during the lockdowns to serve the local community.

Gorgeous - but croissants and bread weren’t quite as good, service varies. Good sandwiches - but go early! They run out quickly.

Popped in to sample for the first time. Fulle, fresh sandwich bar to prepare whatever you want and decent, delicious looking pastries and cakes. I got something sweet and a half sausage roll for a decent price which can be heated if you want. Unfortunately the pastry was really salty and the sausage meat meagre in comparison. There wasn’t much of a filling, especially when you look at even store bought sausage rolls - they might not be made fresh but there is four times as much filling! However the price and brownie made up for it - a great little chocolate covered nutty number. Moist, more-ish and a lovely afternoon pick me up. Would try again as had heard great things - will forgive the sausage roll as a perhaps a one off but will maybe choose something else next time!

The name and appearance suggest it's going to be special, inside it's sub-Gregg's. At least Gregg's are good quality at the level they aim at. This place serves their pasties stone cold, steak bakes aren't quite the same if you're biting through cold congealed pastry and gravy. If you buy anything with icing on it'll get placed in a paper bag and laminate the inside with icing. You can always chew it off the inside of the bag though. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the latte was good.

We were here today and bought the so called white sourdough bread. It was rock hard, she said it is todays bread and crispy, more like it was 3 days old, at least. It really needed a chisel and hammar to be broken, tasted nothing special, had a good mind to return this bread, but it wasnt worth my bother.
