I visited the store to purchase some food. I asked the staff member to warm the food up and I was told no. I wanted to eat inside on 1 of the 3 chairs they have but I was advised I'm going to be charged more due to tax laws and people eating in. I was advised if I stand up to eat or leave I won't be charged more. I think if the multi million pound business wants custom they should be absorbing the extra costs of tax instead of passing it onto customers who aren't multi millionaires and get taxed enough. More recently its become apparent the owner of Gregg's has been sent to jail for molesting children which is now why I will never go back to any of them

Absolutely disgusting....just ordered a bacon and omelette baguette, got roll instead... and bacon was so undercooked that it nearly oinked at me....

Omg just had a pizza 1st one since the lock down just amazingly tasty the staff were so friendly and happy to see everyone and very helpful in these trying times welcome back greggs

Got 2 bacon butties, 1 with extra bacon and 2 sausage rolls. Both butties were stale to the point it tasted like I was eating bread off the floor!! The bacon was way over cooked so much so that it was sore to eat!! Sausage rolls were cols may aswell have bought the cold sausage rolls instead. Inside the shop wasn't even clean spilt drinks over the counter and the service was not great either!!

Priority given to online 'just eat' orders with delivery drivers moving to front of queue. Waited for a few minutes but as no customers being served so went elsewhere

Awfully bad service from lee again. My family and friends won't be entering another Greg's again. Shame how one poorly trained person ruins your customers experience.
