Proto Artisan Bakery

What an amazing place... I don't know any where else you can get these incredible bakes... All with a unique twist... An open kitchen where you can see the fresh produce being made... The smell of freshly baked bread is wonderful.
You can grab a coffee as well... Maybe take them down to the canal to enjoy or there are 4 stools inside and 2 small tables outside... What ever you do don't miss out!!

Outstanding produce, the cinnamon knots and iced cinnamon buns are great.

I also bought sourdough loaf as good as it looked.

Gorgeous croissants and pastries- bread too. I know they use top notch ingredients so guaranteed to be delicious. Friendly staff and an absolute delight to visit. A great asset to Ware.

Amazing artisan bakers, great quality and such lovely staff. Their Detroit Pizza is legendary.

Lovely food but not so lovely staff member. When we asked the lady serving us for allergen information a male staff member interrupted ‘if you have a nut allergy you shouldn’t be eating here’. I understand the risk with nuts and that there is no guarantee due to cross contamination/traces, but to rudely shut someone down asking for allergen advice is bad customer service and not inclusive.
