I went there today Saturday 15th of October at 7.30pm the store was closed 🔐 but their opening times were showing that the store is still open!!, the people ho are working there were still inside but the entrance was locked🔒, the place is absolutely beautiful but the service is very poor.

As I once was an employee of greggs, I was very disappointed in the lack of choice given to this store. Nothing much in the sandwich cold storage, and queue was out the door. Prime lunch time and choice of food is limited.
This would not have happened in the store I worked at In Ormskirk.
I asked at the counter for my preferred sandwich and was told they did not have the stock for it . Shocking as I am a sales manager and if it was my store it would not happen .

Just visited and the young girl serving was smiling and very polite. When not serving she was brushing the public area and tidying the tables. This is a lovely Greggs to sit in. 😊

Friendly staff and warm food. Their Mexican Chicken Baguettes are amazing!

First time visiting here. Busy girl serving was friendly and polite. Ordered my normal 2 sausage rolls and a cappuccino. First the cappuccino was very watery just like having the dregs of the coffee hot water and milk. Then the sausage rolls one under cooked and the other well baked brown and burnt taste.
Was on a schedule so didn't have time to return .and I won't be returning every .worst greggs I have had

I just went into the shop in aintree, the young lad called Ant couldn’t have been more helpful, or polite if he tried. Well done Greg’s, super staff!!!

Served by a bloke that must hate working at the shrine that is Greggs, frowning at me while I order. Place-names mixed up for people susceptible to food allergies that is poor practice. I think this place might be a franchise because there is an emphasis on processing orders and not maintaining workplace cleanliness. Food was piping hot although the coffee was tepid.

I would like to see some flowerbeds around the venue to spriten it up. Stronger emphasis on workplace cleanliness. A more positive attitude from the staff.

I like the design of this building, it’s very spacious and a lot of seats too which is uncommon for a Greggs. Food is decent, service was alright in the two occasions I’ve been, however I do think they need more staff. However, food was fresh and hot and I would visit again as I can deal with less staff (probably because of the pandemic).
