Always fresh, always great selection of savouries and sweeties. Can sit in, coffee is acceptable, good team

I was given the manager's sausage instead of the pig one by mistake, made no effort to change my order and it tasted like the animal that was in my sausgae was ill before it died. Appauling.

Same standards as any other Greggs. Friendly staff, food over priced as expected. I'm sure their bottled water is very cold from the tap

How can you go wrong with Gregg's! This store is very easy to get to, and located in a very convenient spot in Cheltenham. The building is a decent size, so easy to maneuver, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good for a treat, or a lunch. And the food is very well prepared, and tastes great! This store also has indoor seating, and although there aren't many tables, it wasn't too crowded when I went in, so there were spaces free.
I would recommend going to this Gregg's! And just any Gregg's in general.
