The manager is ignorant and always has to make an unwelcome comment she also gives the impression that does not like me and would rather not serve me. The other staff in the shop are really friendly and can't make you feel welcome enough. My mark is for the manager who should be setting an example.

Excellent service, friendly staff and good quality food, standards are high in there and your always made to feel welcome, fast service even in busy periods.

Really wanted a hot (well...luke warm...it is greggs after all) sausage roll and a coffee whilst on my delivery rounds. Really warm the hands up cause its -2. 'We don't do warm food'

Pretty standard had the red chicken toastie thing which turned my poo red was very alarming at first until I remembered about the toastie, doughnut was delicious

Quick service staff friendly, food really good

I must admit the food can be SOMETIMES good but due to the amount of pastry and hardly any meat can be bad not to mention that most of the food i eat seems to be cold yet it is supposed to be hot, take my pasty for instance i come home (2 minute walk) and look forward to a delicous pasty expecting it warm yet it is cold! and who wants a cold pasty on a cold day? well i can say, not me but i must admit the service is good, brilliant even but the food i have is cold and i dispise spending good money on cold food when you expect it hot.

Quality produce which is always presented at it's best.
The staff are always helpful, and professional, ready with a smile for customers.
My husband had a Cornish Pastie from the extensive range of pastries, and thought it was the best he had ever tasted, (I can confirm he has sampled many over the years from all over the UK!).

Based in Greggs alone. Excellent made breakfast rolls and quick service. All food was hot the minute it opened. Go Julie 👍
