Simply Delicious Bakery

Their freshly baked white bread that they use for their sandwiches is just the best. They never skimp on any of their fillings (of which there are many) it just doesn't get any better!!! The ladies that work there are happy, funny and lovely. Prices are so so reasonable and great value for money. Forget buying sandwiches and rolls from any supermarket, this is where you can get a proper better than homemade snack or midday meal that will keep you going back time and again. Highly recommend this fantastic bakery.

Staff are fantastic, jovial and very helpful. Food is great quality, a real feeling of a local business. I find coming here is not just about getting my rolls, bread or sandwiches, amongst other food, it's about supporting a local business that works hard to produce good quality products. I definitely recommend coming here. The staff will always make you feel welcome.

Something seems to have happened to the white bread rolls, used to be light and airy inside.Now there like chewing leather! Shame as they were probably the best rolls I had eaten. Otherwise a lovely shop.

Got to say the name absolutely says it all. I am glad to have moved away from an area with a national competing bakery chain to the area of an independent local bakery instead...I do NOT miss the chain bakery whatsoever...only one thing could improve...I can't always get out as I live in a bungalow so delivery however no big problem, will try getting my uncle to help when he can...your apple doughnuts are the absolute best!

First time using the bakery, ordered a sausage and bacon sandwich, the food was nice but the bacon was sitting there a while, it had the same density as wood, I'd have rather waited for a couple of minutes for freshly cooked bacon, other than that it tasted nice, the sausages were okay ish, the bread was the best part, fresh and soft, the staff were really inviting and polite it was just the bacon that really let them down.
