Staff are friendly but they can't seem to time the cooking of their hot food at all.

12:05 today almost no hot food available (including no sausage rolls) and not going to be ready for another 20 minutes.

On my last 4 visits to this store sausage rolls have only been available once. Very disappointing

Always find the staff in here so chilled and laidback. You can't beat their sausage rolls, I have tried other stuff there but I always kick myself not getting a cheese and onion pasty or sausage roll.

Order got mixed up, simple mistake. But the guys at the shop went above and beyond when I called, helping me trying to fix it with Just Eat (who were useless). Thanks guys have a great weekend,

I don't usually write reviews but here we are, I ordered x2 hot chocolates, upon arrival half of one of the hot chocolates was in the bag.

The sausage rolls were cold and not heated up. Gregg's isn't usually the problem, it's usually the delivery riders, maybe Greg's should change their packaging for drinks to reduce the spillages.

But then again sort it out guys. It's not that difficult.

Went in this morning 31 October at Greegs in Crouch End Broadway and was served by a girl with the nastiest attitude and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was rude from the start. A very nasty person and I will not be going there anymore. First and last time in greegs. Absolutely disgusting attitude.

I am not sure what has happened with the staffing here recently but they are some of the rudest I have come across for absolutely no reason at all. Not greeting customers, rolling of eyes, making snide comments to colleagues when their backs are turned making coffees and chatting openly about their dislike for customers to colleagues which is audible to customers.

I experienced one staff member proceed to repeat “hi how can I help” over and over again in facetious and sarcastic way to someone who was clearly looking at the menu and deliberating what to order and was not ready. Her colleague started laughing. It was very unprofessional,
impatient and uncomfortable. This sort of behaviour and attitude to customers does not give me confidence that food is being prepared or handled to the highest of standards.

If you don’t like or enjoy your job, leave. Don’t project your misery onto others.
