What can you say. Good, quick service and tasty food at reasonable prices.

Prices are creeping up too much for no reason. For example Cheese and Onion pastry used to cost £1.20 then it was £1.25, then £1.40ish and now its £1.80!!! They usually always sell you cold pastries and they won't sell them hot unless your lucky to be there when it comes stright out of the oven. I once observed the young tall European lady working there really badly bullying an older female member of staff by shouting and degrading her, making personal slurs towards her only because she was slow at using the till and because of this there was abit of a que. Absaloutey shocking behaviour

First of all, the doors need signs with PULL or PUSH.
Secondly, please please please clean the tables on time and empty the bins because this location looks disgusting most of the times
The last thing I will mention about this Greggs is the AC which is ridiculous high sometimes.
Outside 35 degrees, inside 10 degrees.... How a person's lungs can bear this?

One of many Greggs. Went there almost every day for two weeks while I worked nearby. Friendly staff.

The vegan sausage roll was hard and cold like it had been there a good few hours. My daughter asked for the regular sausage roll but was given a vegan 1. They also didn't have the Mexicana baguette which is what my daughter wanted.. bit disappointed for 9:30am

Just had a coffee from there, it was disgusting, tasted vile and when I took the lid off the milk was curdled. Poor service and hygiene obviously isn’t a priority here.

Horrible, had a latte and there was gone off milk in it, opened the lid after drinking some to see big clumps of congealed milk, like they had put cheese in there, absolutely disgusted, put the prices up and can't even provide fresh milk, amateurs.

I had just come back from work and was going to fetch my children from school. I saw this gregs shop and thought I'd grab a coffee and a couple of sweet treats for my little ones. I bought a sprinkle Donut and a cup cake. I asked for them to be put in separated so my children could have a bag each. My coffee was delicious and my children were happy. So I think if there was an award for getting the mother of the day award it would have been because of the sweet treats from Greg's. Thank you for being a the right spot in the junction off the M4. The staff are friendly and were helpful towards my request. Great experience today thank you.
