Wenzel`s the Bakers

Overpriced. For £3.50 this southern fried chicken baguette is a joke. won’t be visiting again.

Have worked for few months last year in one of your bakeries and became a fan since then. Can't trinket of anything that doesn't taste good in Wenzels. It's great tha you finally opened one so close to when I'm living now. Today I've visited for the first time the new Enfield store and it's really nice and staff is really nice and kind as well. Definitely will be coming as soon as can.

Ordered from them twice now, and both times the products that came where stale and cold.
The ham and cheese panini wasnt melted at all despite the bread being toasted.
Doughnut was nice.

Ordered on Uber Eats, and received stale doughnuts. They were like wood, and had to go straight in the bin. Absolute cowardly rip off, as there is no way a customer would have bought those doughnuts in person, but you thought it was ok to send them to someone whom you did not have to face. They were at least a day old, if not two. This was not the only stale item either.

Additionally, I asked for hot items to be put in a separate bag from the cold items. Instead, one bag was used, and hot pasties were piled on top of iced pastries. Idiots.

I will never buy from Wenzel's again.

I just want to say; the time is doing a brilliant job at this shop... they deserve so well done Enfield time..

First time I go in that Wenzel's and I am afraid I wasn't impressed by the customer service I received from the man serving me.
I've always had a great experience in Wenzel's stores, but not this one...

do not ever eat from this place, we ordered and this is how the food came

ON MANY OCCASSIONS WE HAVE PLACED AN ORDER AND REQUESTED NO SALAD ON THE CHICKEN MAYONNAISE BAGUETTES BECAUSE WE ARE ALLERGIC TO SALAD AND EVERY TIME IT COMES WITH THE SALAD ON CALLING WENZELS WE GET THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO. ALSO THEY KEEP MISSING OUT ITEMS WHICH HAS BEEN ORDERED NOT HAPPY AT ALL
