Friendly staff have worked right through the pandemic. Fresh bread every day, snacks and drinks. Social distancing always observed. Use twice a week.

Stopped by for a coffee and Breakfast this morning. Great service friendly staff - even went back for lunch (had the day in Chesham)

Thank you to the lovely staff today, who wouldn’t accept any payment for 3 free coffees, offered whilst my car was repaired after a pothole flattened one of my tyres!

This place is a joke in the last 2 months... dirty and very low customer service and products are not fresh as they used to be. Used to be very good but changed of management and staff made a big difference and is not anymore good

Came in multiple times for the chicken tandoori baguette but every time told they dont have it or delivery hasn't come, what is the point advertising something you don't have in stock.
Total time waste

poor service this morning, staff member was getting quite stressed out. And part of my order was wrong so i had return and wait to get order corrected.
It is a shame as i dp shop alot at wenzels

Uncut bread not in bags and staff member serving had no gloves on, hygiene is more than wearing a mask.
