Found this place while hubby stayed at general for over a week. Nice little old traditional bakery just like the ones we grow up with. Bringing back so much memories. They do have quite a few sweet & savoury items to choose from and they do awesome lamb burgers. They can help heat it up for you and also add ketchup. Yum yum 🤤

Best place to get food late at night, give a call and place yourself an order for an egg roll - they put mushrooms, tomatoes in it also. If this isn’t wanted you can ask to remove this. Takes around 20 minutes to prepare but it’s honestly worth the try!!

Unfortunately the lamb burger made me very sick. It left an odd taste in my mouth perhaps processed lamb. Pea size amount of sauces were added. Rather strange.

They don't seem to make any new bakery items - doughnuts for so many years, dear bakers is there anything else you can offer us from your sweet selection?

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, one woman working there who was rude! She said I should have rang my order through before coming in, as she was the only one working in the shop and it was busy as there were other customers there. Staffing should be sorted out, and staff in particular this woman should be given training on how to treat customers!

Great bakery, everything fresh and tasty, good varieties to choose from, friendly staff.
