Greggs

I placed an order at 9:30 this morning was told on just eat all it would be with me at 10:24. 2 hours later still no food, someone else ordered after me and got their order within 20 minutes. Rang the store to be told ring just eat as the food has left store, just eat we’re useless. Not happy as it was a £30 order. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!

Really disappointed. Bought pizza slices for myself and my daughter for a snack. Took them back cis they were cold, replaced by something that was just about warm. Won't be returning

Just had the misfortune of being served by Amy at this venue rude unhelpful a squirt of brown sauce when you have spent 10.00 gregs there are other places to spend our money a point black refusal to put brown sauce on a sausage roll even when I offerd to pay

Friendly staff and good food, as you would expect of Greggs but can get very busy around lunch time with queues often forming out the door.

Don't seem to have half the things you expect from a Greggs.... The food warmers are broken down most of the time.

OMG best chocolate donuts ever so addictive I will be returning

There was a fault with a delivery driver where they gave 8 sausage rolls and chicken dippers to a different customer. Rang greggs (Ashford) up and they were very apologetic when it wasn’t their fault and still gave me what was missing with LOTS of extras.
