I have no clue how other customers ratings this good. I just been to there store today and asked nicely for a tuna sandwich, the lady rolled her eyes up at me and replied back in a rude way which I think is lack of respect. When she was making my sandwich she sneezed and didn’t even wash her hands I was very upset and angry please do not go to the store.

This is definitely a great little local treat. Especially when hungover. Slightly expensive compared to say Greggs but you get what you pay for!! Friendly staff who seem to enjoy serving their local community. Keep up the good work guys!

Bought bread and croissants from here, The bread bags were oily and smelt weird and oily. It made me feel nauseous. They probably hold them with the same gloves they make the sandwiches and baps with. Hygiene is not great, Also mentioned this to them in store a couple of times in store too. We used to buy bread from there Harpenden branches and never had an issue like this with them.

Really fantastic food. Their bacon rolls have kept us going through lockdown.
The staff are so friendly and helpful in every way. Am usually served by Kimm or Lauren. Such lovely staff

We visited their shop in London Colney at about 3pm. Most items were gone. Perhaps they are popular and most goods gone after lunch time. However products are quite good but not excellent for the the price is OK.
