Greggs

Have visited many greggs even in Newcastle bit dissatisfied that no steak slice available at 11.40 on a sat surely most profitable time!!!!! Hemel.s branch never seems to run out superb....otherwise 4 stars not 5....🤔🤔

Staff are very polite and friendly ... that's why I gave 2 stars.
On the down side, recently they never have steak bakes only excuses. Went early Sunday thinking I might get 1, but no. So I ordered other stuff and it was much too cold to eat. This has been happening a lot lately. Very disappointed with Oakwood, using Southgate in future :(

Great customer service, big shout out to Nikola who was so accommodating making my daughter a sandwich as it wasn't on the shelf... And remembering the following day as soon as we walked in! Super job and such a lovely person.. Thank you

Steak slice was cold, ham salad sandwich did not arrive, but a ham and egg did. No offer to replace, just a refund. Sweet snack order was replaced with a different item. Unable to eat. Absolute shambles of a place.

Only one person attending at more busy times there are 7 personas waiting and the staff is go to a break or something ñ. Workers don't care about there costumers. I have visit 5 greegs in this week and any of them has sugar. I need to go to costa to have a coffee when i think greegs coffee is better. No omelet for breakfast.
