Friday 31August at 8:20am, I went to buy a Turkish coffe, there was only one female staff behind the counter serving an annoying client who was changing his mind every minute, and at the was paying £43 in coins!!! At the same time there was another big family choosing their food from the variety, another staff came out from the kitchen and asked me what do I want (because I was ready to order) and he passed my order onto the girl who was dealing with the annoying client, but when she finished with him she ignored me and went to the family who were still not sure what they’re going to eat. Terrible experience and bad manner of the staff

Coffee was good. Biscuits were ok.
There was no toilet on the premises even though it's quite large. Staff could have mentioned this. Won't be going back again

A tasteful Arabic café located near the Hilton Metropole in Edgware Road. A vast selection of middle Eastern pastries and other food. Good coffee too. I recommend the pistachio cheesecake in the photo. It was light but delicious. The cafe is clean and has comfortable seating inside.

It feels like place was last cleaned 1 year ago. Spider web all over the ligths. The tables and chairs are with food with bits. Only one person working not bothered at all. Such a shame a good turkish brand represented so badly.

The manager had brought his wife and toddler sun. Apparently the wife was a worker there, but instead of serving customers, she was busy with her son and giving us a snubish look like don’t u know who I am . I didn’t go there again. Other branches are more professional.
