My my.... What a fantastic Place. A warm welcome from the incredibly friendly staff at Gregg's In Chesterfield. What else is there to say aside from the fact that it does great food and at good prices. They even let pigeons feed on the leftovers.

There were 5 members of staff but only 2 serving which meant a long wait. Advertised outside is a reward scheme. My server never mentioned it to me. He also never asked me if I was eating inside or out.
He had no personality at all, never said hello or goodbye.
Come on Greggs, you are a popular establishment, get some customer service training.
However on a good note, (which got my okay vote), the coffee and the tuna crunch were both good.

The shop was very busy and the staff we're dealing very efficiently with their customers, due to my wife wanting to change seats from outside to the inside of the store (due to smokers) the member of staff saw this and ensured that the food I was having specifically cooked was taken to the new table. Even whilst the store was busy the attentive to a good service was maintained. Its only a small detail but this was very well received by myself.

Reasonable price breakfast cob. Drinks good. Tables could have done with clean Seating indoor and outdoor.Outdoor seating still available but customers allowed to smoke so can be affected by this. Plenty of seating inside. Can get 1 free drink with O2 priority.

Normal greggs standard of food…..But……. No organisation when it comes to managing customers: long queues, no where to “queue orderly”.

All in all not ideal to just “pop-in” in a 30 minute lunch break 🤦🏻🤦🏻

The experience was not good no wi_fi no loyalty points no saying the next time you come in we will put your points on

They no hot pastys but they do have a toilet and seating
