The cakes are delicious and so light. Today we sampled Lemon, Victoria Sandwich, Chocolate, Chocolate & Salted Caramel and Carrot Cake.
Claudia is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. You can visit knowing exactly what you want or, like me, walk in with a vague idea; but with Claudia's help and expertise you will walk away knowing you will have the perfect cake for your occasion.

Claudia works hard from the get go to designing your dream cake! From sitting down and talking about different options, shapes etc. she has a great understanding of colour, and the flavours were even better than what I remembered from the tasting! Thank you so much.

Absolutely the best!! Claudia is wonderful and exceeded all our expectations when she baked our wedding cakes. I cannot recommend highly enough. We had a stunning red velvet main cake, surrounded by mini fruit cakes, donuts, biscuits and cake pops. They were all elegantly presented and tasted delicious.

Not only is she a fantastic baker, she is such a lovely lady too. Throughout she has been so friendly. From the moment we met you in your studio and sat tasting your delicious cakes, you made us so excited to see what you would come up with. You listened to us so carefully and gave recommendations on what would look best and we were so pleased with the finished article. It really was brilliant!

You are so very talented. So many of our guests have commented on our amazing cake. We couldn’t have been more happy with it!

We chose a red velvet layer, one pistachio and lemon and the top tier was fruit cake. All three were absolutely delicious.

We will whole heartedly recommend you in the future and hope to find an excuse to order another cake from you again soon!!!

Thank you Claudia for making us an absolutely stunning and amazingly delicious croquembouche for our wedding! We were racing against the lockdown (November 2020) and Claudia was an angel throughout the process. Other cake suppliers we enquired were making it difficult because they said the spun sugar on the croquembouche would melt during transportation etc. Lo and behold, Claudia turned up with her whole kit, doing the spun sugar at the venue. The profiteroles, nougatine, and accompanying sauces were amazing. She also provided a beautiful cake stand that went beautifully with the venue.

Claudia created a stunning centrepiece of a wedding cake and she should feel very proud of her talent! We recommend Claudia and Purple Flour 1000%.

Claudia made us the most beautiful wedding cake and it also tasted just as good as it looked! Claudia was also just a pleasure to work with, so kind and understanding through the year we have had. Would highly highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous baked gifts as well as stunning cakes - Claudia makes fun & bespoke biscuits, iced and decorated and posted out. They are just gorgeous. I have sent 2 boxes now as birthday gifts and my friends were absolutely delighted with the designs, commented on how personal they were and they were amazed that they arrived in Yorkshire intact! I gave Claudia a brief description of each person and she included them in her iced designs - flags, an army regiment badge, a stiletto heel (different person!). Fantastic gifts. Highly recommended.

We hired Claudia to make a carrot cake for our wedding, it was the most delicious cake I have ever had!! All the guests loved it and it also looked exactly how we wanted! I can't recommend her enough!!
