Very Good small bakery , the coffee is good , the pastry and the cake specially the chocolate cookie i took was really nice . The staff was very polite and make you feel like home specially the baker how answer me couple of question about bread . Its very rare to find a place where you find a nice atmosphère and you can juste relaxe in this busy city . Didn't have time to buy bread because they was no more left but i will comeback for sure .

A regular purchaser of croissants, pain au chocolates and the filled croissants (love the fillings!) but lately they’ve changed something… they’re much smaller, heavier and no longer flakey - more cake like. Such a shame as they previously baked beautiful croissants! Particularly disappointed with their filled croissants… they’re now half the size, heavier and more bread like - and they’re still the same price. Will have to find somewhere else for my pastries… still great coffee though!

Ordered a mushroom cheese tostie takeout but decided to sit and eat. Service was good lady came over with food to my table smiling. The only thing missing was a good paint to brighten up the interior including the ceiling, the cement flooring was boring to look at.. food delicious can’t fault!

I love this place! And the bread is awesome.
My friend who visited me got us 6 pastries on Thursday, and they were all yesterday's. I know that because they didn't taste as fresh as they normally do.

I don't mind old croissants, but I want shops to label them and sell them at a reduced price, given the bold price they charge. I feel awkward, but will start asking from now on whether the croissants are freshly made 😢

Gets super busy here, but the food and the coffee here is great. There’s lots of local competition for baking in Waltham Forest, so they’ll keep on competing

Really nice coffee shop, friendly staff, modern utilitarian / industrial interior, very reasonably priced coffee. But they charge an extra 30p for dairy alternative, which drives me mad!

Usually great bread, today my husband came home with a loaf not fully baked. Most staff are nice but some are grumpy and either dislike working there or don’t like customers altogether. Edit: any shape bread is fine, as long as baked through. It's the frequently unhappy staff that really puts me off.

Have lived opposite for years but only ventured in today. Often a queue outside in the mornings so knew it was very popular Lovely coffee and carrot cake. Everything else looked delicious. Super friendly staff. Recommended.
