Must say the staff are amazing and seem to agree e the luck of always getting fresh hot food when I visit.
Used to always be cool or cold but they are obviously batch cooking now.

Bought two chocolate cookies which were at least a week old, stale and disgusting.

I'm sure it's good but my pasties were very cold not the best

Very dissatisfied the worker Emily gave me rong food and then ask me to pay more wen i refused she took my food told me to leave very rude disappointing is not the word very horrific service

I am giving only one but I could give none.
The lady serving was constantly touching her hair, face, mouth and nose, so I didn't buy anything at the end.
They should have at least the minimal knowledge of what is it to handle food, she wants wearing gloves.

Lately I have notice the service is not good and the food is cold, such a shame, it was in Greggs Richmond.

I just tried the vegan sausage roll yesterday just WOW!! After two bites I rushed back in and asked for another one -was sat in my car outside eating and also drinking a lovely cappuccino . Lovely lady served me and after I had devoured my little feast , I went back in to get one for later and they had all sold out ! And all within 20 minutes!! Got a cheese and onion pasty instead NO comparison ... so, the vegan sausage roll is my new obsession well done Greggs!!!

Pizza, sausage rolls and chicken bakes were cold from the display case. I understand they can't have them too hot but I'd have settled for like warm. Very disappointing but gentleman who served was polite and seemed clean.
