Good traditional bakers. Cheese sticks are great, and the sandwich rolls are somewhat generous in size. Staff can be a bit on the direct side when they are busy, but quick and experienced.

I eat out regularly for lunch but this was a nice find. No fancy signs or gimmicky coffee. Just a good old bakery that does sandwiches and pies. I have just had.a pleasant lunch for 2.40. Great value, great food great service. Back this local place if you live in the vicinity as these bakeries are increasingly hard to find with all the coffee chains. Thank you ladies, keep up the good work!!

A gem of a bakery. The nicest and most helpful staff matched with fabulous product. Gorgeous bread croissants sandwiches etc.. but also hot cross buns all year round. An absolute delight!

Lovely, tasty, fresh bread & croissants.
We love the cheese sticks. Freshly made filled sandwiches & rolls and snacks available too. Do try!

I used to love this bakery - what has happened?
Cheese sticks anaemic - barely cooked with hardly any cheese, hot cross buns without any spice at all and only 2 currents, donuts with microscopic amounts of jam and no longer crispy, iced finger bun so dry it had to be dunked in coffee!
Such a shame .... won't be tempted again.

The idea of a local bakery is fantastic but, unfortunately, on the occasion I visited it did not live up to expectations.

I went for hot cross buns and doughnuts. The buns were very average - no better than Sainsbury's basics and the doughnuts had almost no jam :(.

Plus, to be honest, I think our server must have got out of bed the wrong side! Hardly warm and welcoming!

I travel there with my friend all the way from Wimbledon just for their delicious egg mayo bun. Welcoming, warm, friendly and ever smiling ladies at the counter. Been going there for years now.

This is quite possibly the best bakers in greater London! They have a real Baker and he bakes at nights for the morning. Wednesday and friday they make fantastic rye bread saturday he bakes a fruit loaf to die for.
Their regular bread is so good, its the sort of bread your kids finish the whole loaf in one go. Brilliant donuts and cheese sticks.
Try and avoid the times builders are in building their sandwiches. Its annoying when you want a loaf and they are doing an order for 6 filled rolls and a pasty.
