Cake Zone

Fantastic service. I’ve been using cake zone as my go to for many years now and couldn’t have my pre-engagement ceremony without one of their cakes! This time I asked for something a little different and they did not disappoint.

Excellent customer service. Their cakes are tasty with a difference. They listen to their customers and they ensure their customers are satisfied with their services. I have been ordering cakes from them for over 10 years now and at some point, l even wanted them to teach me how to make and decorate cakes. They are great!

Im definitely not a Karen, but Im so irritated, I have to review! I have been going to cake zone for over 12 years… I have never had a problem until today. My mum ordered a vanilla cake with vanilla & strawberry icing & she showed the lady photos of cakes I like. I received a cracked cake that had absolutely 0 resemblance to that of the photos & when my mum called up, the lady said she noticed the crack but its common with fresh cream, yet did nothing to fix it & this had never happened to me before. The design although white was completely not what I asked for & looked like I had purchased it off the shelf. When returning the cake, the cake was airbrushed pink & looked worse than when my mum initially took it in & when speaking to the lady she was extremely rude, with ridiculous attitude… & didn’t even offer a partial refund or try to understand my issues, in order to address them. Ive had to throw the hideous cake away & order off rack from another cake store.
Although my mum is too nice to say anything, I will never purchase from there again, they ruined my birthday. Embarrassing behaviour & I wont be deleting this review.

Shop owner (The Big Boss) & his wife worked really hard for their cake business & this is the only reason why hard work is felt in the taste. Cakes are always fresh & tasty. Shop Owner really looks after his customers by offering them tea and cakes when customers come to buy cakes.

Been coming to this place for years now, I'm always impressed with the wonderful work they do creating these cakes, my son loved his chocolate cake it was very tasty indeed. Once again Sheifa you've proven your outstanding skills, thank you.

I had a birthday dinner, I got my cake custom made with a specific design. They absolutely nailed it! Everyone loved the cake not only for its aesthetics but the taste too! Amazing service too!

For over ten years I have been eating this cake and it is the best I have ever tasted. Also the service is better than all other shops and I would recommend for you to try it. They do cakes for celebrations and also just the casual cake to eat with your tea.

Best cake ever! Tried the chocolate gateau sponge and was not disappointed! Cake was made to perfection done exactly what I asked for if not even better! Staff were lovely and polite..my little boy loved his cake and so did everyone else! Great service, good prices,Highly recommend and will deffo be using in future
