fast service, serve for sandwich, dessert and beverage just opposite the tube station.
the food are fresh and taste are not bad. price are reasonable, morning got run the promotion only £3 (sandwich and drink)

My last pic here got a quarter of a million views .... let's see how this sausage and egg Breakfast baguette deal will do. Always good value for money, tasty and simple. Just like me!

Deep love for Greg's which salves teen son's seemingly bottomless appetite by way of 3 sausage rolls which I buy (+ one free) warm, for wallet friendly £3. Doubt they do my teen's cholesterol levels much good but, at this stage of school holidays, really beyond caring.
Always a friendly service.
Greggs here - Earls Court, looks perfectly clean ; as do the Kilburn, Hammersmith, Chiswick and North End Road Stores that I have visited in the past.
I did mention to friendly assistant that, whilst I was waiting in short queue for the sausage rolls, I observed a young-ish guy stroll in off street, help himself to some ready to go item directly off shelf and stroll out again, without bothering to approach either of the assistants providing items and taking cash.
No idea of a solution, quite long but not anenormous store, so not logical to install security guards. Shame, though, as no doubt of petty thieving costs will, over time, be down to paying customers to absorb at some point;

Store is mostly busy as it gets, Gets my coffee regularly from Here, Good Polite staff served by Hamza, he gave me by mistake Steak slice instead of Cheese & Onion slice - it’s ok Mistake happens but I’m PURE vegetarian.!!

Incredibly loud and hard to hear the cashiers. By the end of the interaction I had no idea what they thought I had ordered and even less idea what I received. No oat milk.

It took forever to order even though line up was small. However that was not the problem. I got my tea in take away cup and proceeded to sit to eat my sandwich as i have done before at other Greggs locations. I was asked to leave since i ordered my tea in take away cup. The staff told me it was order by the manager. There were many seats empty and other customers sitting with their take out cups. I am travelling through UK and we dont have Greggs back home but i will be avoiding them from now on.

Worst Gregg's I've ever been to. The place was absolutely filthy and the female member of staff , Odile, was incredibly rude. She refused to let me use the bathroom because I forgot to mention I wanted to sit down with my tea and dared to ask her to clean a table. Another member of staff let me use the toilet as I was desperate to go and I could actually hear her yelling at him through the door. Won't be going back.

This place is usually really busy and very dirty for a food place. Was there for about 40min and not once did staff go around to clean, sweep, clear waste or wipe tables, especially in view of COVID-19.
