Just been to greggs to get some sausage rolls and again they have none!!! I been told they sold them all. Which is not true the staff can’t be bothered. To cook any more!!!

Popped in today at 15.10 normally staff are nice but today I was served by a guy call Luke and his attitude stinks. No customer service skills was tutting and rolled his eyes and huffed at me because I want to change one item from my order. Because of his unprofessional attitude I will not be going back. I’ve had a few people mention his attitude and now I’ve seen it for myself

Always look forward to sweet treats and this branch is always sold out. Popped in at 2pm today and completely sold out despite it being open until 8pm. Greggs honiton pull your socks up!

After a long journey in the early hours, it's good to find that Greggs is open for you to get some breakfast and a drink and it not break the budget to do so.

Turned up at 13:00 had 2 sandwiches 4 sausage rolls a couple of slices considering the time of day I would say that was poor management what I had tasted good but what I had was not what I went in for oh and the 2 coffee machines out of service

I've been using greggs most Fridays since they opened and haven't been let down so far. There is one young lad, I think he runs the place, he has a great attitude and a real drive to get through the queues. Also Lesley is a very fast efficient worker, she remembers my order. All in all a well rounded team with good communication.
