We ordered a lot of food because we wanted to try everything. Generally it was very good. It’s a bit strange they don’t have any eggs as their breakfast option? But regardless, the cakes were nice and the atmosphere was lovely. It wasn’t too busy, perhaps because people have gone home for Christmas.

Love the bright airy cheery relaxed atmosphere here. There are seats out but it's too busy with the traffic. Better to be inside. My favourites are the pistachio rose lemon cake and Cinnamon pecan crumb cake. Pricy but tasty!

The avocado on sourdough toast was very yummy. The scones and coffee were heavenly as well. All with all I would definetly recommend going here. Nice service, nice atmosphere and clean toilets.

Scones were really good. They serve you kindly and quickly. Stuff is very nice. I wish I knew it before!! I had only breakfast on my last day in London

Some of the worst customer service in Notting Hill (and there is a lot of competition for this prize). Bizarrely angry serving staff. Came in for a coffee, not a confrontation. Food, bread and coffee is of course high quality like all Gail's but it puts you off when someone is visibly angry when you ask for something reasonable like bread to be sliced or for a receipt.

I live in Notting Hill and I usually come to this location all the time, but today I had a very gross experience. I have just ordered my coffee and one of the stuff have just found a hair in one of their fruits salads. And while I was putting a lit to my coffee, which was now ready on the table, she had no problem on laying the hair on the table next to my coffee and take a picture. I mean what happens behind the scenes shouldn’t be mixed with what happens on the front. I love this bakery but this was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The staff realised what she was doing and then remove the hair and walk away. Very disappointing, please keep living to your standards, your clients love this place but this is absolutely gross!!! Not did she apologised but walked away proudly…

Amazing pastries and drinks!! So good I had to come back again. I got the 65% hot chocolate and it was really delicious, my friend got the latte and they said it was so good. The place is pretty, the display is beautiful, but it can definitely get crowded at times.
