Came here as I had lunch here years ago was nice , was very disappointed in a member of staff a young lady . The two young guys working there were great nice polite , I asked for a cheese toasted without red onion , the young women was like what’s the matter in a stoppy voice , so I explained again it was like a big major problem. She was very unfriendly and had an attitude really has put me off coming here again 😐

Great local bakery in west Norwood. A charming place to buy quality bread, coffee, tea, cakes and savories.

Friendly feel when you walk through the door. A smile from staff and locals.

I personally like the early morning watching West Norwood busy itself for the day, while i laze with coffee and cake.

Ordered a Victoria sponge cake for my mums birthday and it was the best Victoria sponge cake I've ever had! Placing the order was straight forward and I found the staff to be very friendly on collection. Excellent bakery.

Really nice bakery with friendly staff and great quality bread and cakes. So why only three stars? Because they don't have a bread slicer which means I can't go to this one and have to go to the one in Streatham. Please invest in one and I will give you five stars!

Did you use one shot of coffee between all four coffees we ordered ?

friendly staff, nice coffee, maybe slightly expensive food but tasty.

It's quite a find. Sourdough is excellent and the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. One person is singlehandedly serving the continuous flow of customers
, yet always naturally friendly.
It's worth shopping in West Norwood just for this.

Ordered a cake and its very nice and good dealing from the staff over the shop. Much better if someone can deliver at door step.
