Lovely staff who are very helpful and polite and well mannered to speak to and know their stuff. I always have a coffee from here, and find the prices of the products they sell to be very reasonable. Amazing team, they all deserve a reward from working throughout the pandemic!

The shop refurbishment is fantastic. The staff are friendly, hard working and sometimes a little bit cheeky just how I like my service 😂 the management is top notch and an award winning shop manager in the area so a round of applause for performance 👏 I recommend the chocolate dougnuts even after the change in ingredients. Steak should we award winning 🥇 the coffee is fair trade so help them out and start buying ❤️

First time for a good while I've had a Greg's sausage roll, certainly missed them . Even though you can't sit in due to the covid situation , staff were polite as usual and quick.

First time in the Newcastle shop. Service quick, food good, seating best I've ever come across at any Gregg's.

Really large greggs! Plenty of seating and well air conditioned, great range of products and superb value.

Half baked Steak Bake, like eating raw dough, horrible won't bother again, told the staff it's raw, they changed it and the second one was exactly the same as the first, it's all about training up the staff
