Incorporating some of the ideas I have suggested and also adding her own expert artistic touches, Claire has crafted a stunning celebration cake for our 'lockdown' wedding, which tasted as scrumptious as it looked. Light and airy lemon and elderflower sponge with deliciously smooth buttercream icing. Claire was responsive to communication and the ordering process was straightforward and the cake was reasonable priced. It was also lovely to be able to support a local business. I will definitely commission Claire's services again for cakes for other occasions. Highly recommended!

We whole heartedly recommend Claire's cakes. We solely approached her by reading the reviews. We weren't disappointed at all. SHe is professional, kind, caring and bakes exceptional cakes according to your requirements. We ordered a pastel themed cake for our child's birthday party this summer. I ordered a Vegan cake for my daughter's birthday a couple of weeks ago. It looked nice. However, the cake itself was solid, heavy, raw and tasteless. The worst vegan cake I have ever had. Beyond disappointed. Complained to Claire, but she would not accept that the cake was not up to scratch despite showing her a photo of it. To top it, she does not do refunds when I asked for one, so it cost me £40 for an inedible cake. My gardener ate some and said it was unpleasant and had the texture of putty. Would never use her again for a vegan cake. This is an authentic post.
