Wenzel's the Bakers

Asked an employee to make me a fresh banquette as the one on display was touching a meat banquette, because I am a vegetarian. instead of offering me great customer service the employee rolled her eyes at me and said “so what”. Wenzel’s very disappointing at least train your employees to show respect for customers request and to leave their private problems and mood at home.

Food is good but the girl in there (I believe she's the manager) is so sour faced and miserable I hate going in there. She rolls her eyes at every customer and is constantly sighing at everyone when asked something. She is also very rude to her colleagues. The lad who works there is very pleasant and chatty and makes up for her awful attitude. I would consider your management choices wenzels as customers don't like to feel they are wasting people's time and that they are annoying just for asking questions.

My husband usually brings me a treat home from Wenzels in South Harrow as I don't like to go in there myself due to the staff being quite rude. However today I visited the Rayners Lane store and was pleasantly surprised. It was about 3pm or just after and a lovely lady served me (Anna/Anne). She made an effort to actually speak to me and greated me with a warm friendly smile. (Something you don't get in the South Harrow store) just what is need in this day and age. Rayners Lane Wenzels has gained a returning customer.

Moody lady on till. Sandwich ok but my carrot cake was really stale couldn't eat it. Didnt want to go all the way back. Wont go back

Sharon and the team at Wenzels bakery in Rayners lane are so nice and helpful especially Sharon. Recommend to go there.

I always enjoy going to Wenzel's and the experience is always good, however after many years of experience in customer service and hospitality I can spot straight away when someone is giving an excellent service and that is exactly my experience today with Valentina and the rest of the team. The service was amazing!

i am a big fan of Wenzel and since Rayners Lane branch is the closest to me, I do visit frequently, i love the french bread first thing in the morning.

i have to say the product is very good but the staff are awful and in particular ( I did not get her name but she worked yesterday morning around 10.00 am) a youngiiisshh lady who when asked if there are anymore french bread, she replied with rudeness and very abrupt.

all she had to say was I am sorry sir and if you come back later, we can have some for you but instead she raised her voice and with no manners said we don't have any and will not do any for you, it was embarrassing in front of other customers.

they have lost me as a customer.

Is my regular branch . is very good service, specially the guy name is VICTOR. He is very good warm well coming, nice smile and try to help to customers. The way he deal with customers is very nice and very helpful. I hope all the branches staffs should be like him. i hope , in future he will be in good position.
